- There is no charge for buying through us above standard charges which you would pay by going direct to a local Italian agency, which is normally 3% of the purchase price.
- All
the particulars of properties displayed on our web site
are produced in good faith and are normally provided by
vendors or our local agents. We take all reasonable care
to ensure these are accurate, and they will be updated if
necessary when property is checked by our representative
in Italy. They should not be relied on as representation
of fact, and all details should be verified by client inspection.
Apulia Properties can accept no responsibility for errors
or inaccuracies in the details, which are provided for guidance
in selecting properties for viewing.
- Property
prices are stated as our understanding of the current asking
price from the vendor. This should be checked during property
viewing. Our local agents or our representative will normally
be able to advise whether the price is negotiable. You should
be aware that in Italy the asking price could be adjusted
upwards as well as downwards when a property has been on
the market for a time.
- When
particular properties are selected for viewing, we will
endeavour to ensure that the requested properties are available
for the arranged appointments. However, properties might
be sold or otherwise become non-available between our making
an appointment and the viewing date. Alternatively, new
properties may come on the market which meet our client’s
needs, and we will liaise locally to try and make sure you
see the most appropriate properties on the day.
